How we do it
Consultation and Drawings
Every project starts with a consultation to discover what you need and how SWJ can deliver it at the highest quality in the quickest, most cost-effective way.
Whether you need a company logo cut into stone flooring or a stainless steel main mast chain plate for a boat, you can supply your own drawings or SWJ’s team of experts can take away the hassle and do it for you.
In this case, they will visit your site, survey the area and take into account your brief before creating a detailed drawing.
Alternatively, SWJ can work with your building contractor throughout the whole process.
Preparation
SWJ works with a number of trusted suppliers to get the materials needed to carry out your work. Once your drawings are finalised, they will order the materials needed and turn your drawings into a CAD design using state-of-the-art software at their site in Southampton.
The cutting
The CAD drawing is converted into G code and sent to the high tech cutting machine, which fires powerful jets of water into steel, stone or other material and shapes it into your design. This process is carefully watched over by SWJ’s highly-skilled team to ensure the highest quality and precision.
The end result
Once your product is finished you are welcome to come and see it in the workshop. You can either take it away yourself or allow your building contractor to handle delivery. Alternatively, SWJ can dispatch the finished product to you the moment it is completed.
